I can hear the fuel pump come on, and i have checked the three relays i could find under the dash. two of them are just four pin relays, both of the coils on them worked, and the contacts were fine. the other relay is on a circuit board, and it seemed to work fine too.

it seems like everyone says it is syptoms of a bad soldered relay, but i dont see any problems with them yet.

is maybe the computer not getting power? how do i check this? also, car runs fine once i get it running. when it doesnt start it just cranks over and nothing happens (no sputtering or anything)


also, it is a b16a in a '90 civic dx hb.
