Default HELP!!! with Miller XMT 304 CC/CV

I got a Miller XMT 304 CC/CV from a guy over here in Iraq. The guy said if i can get it workign I can have it. I wired it up 3phase and the code comes up for "Thermal protection malfunction" As this unit new is about $3500 i hope to get it fixed or possibly fix it myslef. I figure even if i spend 1500 on parts for it im still up another 2000. Anyway my question is there anyone that is good with troubleshooting them or fixing them? I will be back in the states next month and hope to get it fixed soon after i get back. Im not sure it the post office will ship it in a protective container or if i will have to ship it back with my units equipment. Either way I will get it home to the states. Can anyone help?

Might be that the thermal sensor is shot and sending a signal that its overheating when its really not!

From my experience, you can d/load the product literature from Miller then identify the part and order it from Miller. That's how I replaced the gas soleniod on one of my 250's.
