so i have no radio reception(with an aftermarket radio)....initially isuspected that there was an open in the antenna wire and if im testing it correctly (with an ohm meter one lead on the plug behind the radio in the dash and one lead to where the antenna screws in) then an open does in face exist in the wire....but what i want to know is, where the hell is the wire routed? after is dissapears behind the left side of the dash i cant seem to find it, nevermind begin to think of how i could have broken it, does anyone know where the anteanna wire goes.

BUT>>>> uppon looking at wiring diagrams, it seems that i most likely do not have an open....apparently my car has an antenna amplifier...which im not sure how it works. maybe i need to hook up the power antenna wire in the harness, even though i dont have a retractable antenna?

i had it hooked up all along, as i suspected....followd ed the ant wire....there was a break it in....somehow.....by my driversidde doorsill.
