Default twm itb's, streetable or not?

i have been debating this forever and everyone says something different, i am getting hondata so i am sure it can control the fuel pretty well, but are twm itb's streetable. i remember samaroo posting that they were as long as a map was built for them and i think jeff over at import review even did a car that was street driven and had them, what do you guys think?

streetable is a very subjective term.

yeah, what steve said.

Think of it this way, when you've exhausted all of your other options then this is going to be suitable. Look at the cost involved. You could buy a spare block for that kind of $.

yeah, i think i will just save up and get a winter beater although it doesnt really snow here in the south. guess a little hatchcrap for like 5,000 or so or maybe part with my ride and some cash to put a down payment on a new m3. nah, too much time and effort in my car now, but a new m3 in dark blue would be sweeeet with the smg transmission

Make sure that whatever engine management you go with has the ability to tune using "TPS vs. RPM" tables instead of "load vs. rpm" tables. In other words, an S200 won't cut it.

No, it was someone called "(highendautosports)" that did though, and also included a 800 number to his business and offered to sell ITBs.

So Ross, feeling better?

Yeah, actually. Lost about 15 lbs, though.

That explains the back-from-the-dead-ness.

I brought this back because people always call twm asking if they are streetable or not and they end up refuring them over to us. Im just posting so if anyone has any questions about twm's itb's I can help them out thats why our phone # was posted because the guys from twm ask us to post on honda-tech.

TWM ITB's require alot of TLC = tuning Any change in weather will change the result of the performance of your motor.

Is this because the tuner isn't using the baro sensor when tuning?
