Fluidyne Radiator and FAL Cooling Fan question, please help????????????
okay, had some trouble with the valvetrain of my car, so after pulling the head and sending it out to get a new one...i've decided to pull the radiator and replace it with a full size Fluidyne. i decided that while i'm in there to replace the cooling fans. i am running A/C so i want the dual fans, but i've heard that they don't have brackets to hook up. is there a way, or has anyone done something to solve this problem?
possibility:
possibility:
could i get nuts and have them welded to the radiator, and then use the correct screw and use that as the bracket?

You can reuse the original main fan and only replace the AC condensor fan with a slimfan. They use a universal mount....aka the ziptie thingies. I'm sure you'll get a set when you get the fan.
I run the fluidyne with fal fans on my teg the full sized ones. You will have to obviously cut the fal fan for the lowers hose to fit properly, make a simple bracket to hold the fan to the radiator. There is multiple holes on the radiator and fan allowing many ideas to hold the two together. It is not a problem. Oh the fan comes with a bracket for the top, use that and drill holes in it to match the radiator and then use some pipe to make spacers between the radiator and the bracket then run a bolt through it.

Yeah the left side will be mainly secure, dont need much to support the a/c side. I use 2 home made brackets, one for the bottom, where you see the diagnal peice with the 2 threaded holes on the radiator. Make an off set bracket for that and another bracket on the top of the radiator more towards the middle right on top. Make a bracket up there wont be hard, and use the existing holes on the radiator top for the rest.
