Radiator question
I have an integra and was wondering if it would be ok to run a civic size radiator with a single fan? My dual fal fans do not fit the maxrev manifold and was also wondering what single fan would be sufficient to run with a/c? And if any of you are running this type of setup. (this is for a daily driven car also)

Re: Radiator question (EU BATT)
Aren't you supposed to put the fans on the outside of the radiator? Then wire them backwards so the airflow goes the proper direction?

Re: Radiator question (Anthony K)
You can't just rewire any fan if you want to place them on the other side of the rad. You need a push style fan or it wont be very effecient.
As for using civic rads I've seen lots of people do it but none that kept or wanted to keep their ac so I'm not sure. Ditch the ac and get a 3'' dp

Okay, what about I keep my stock radiator and put a bigger fan on the passenger side? And/or add add a pusher fan on the front of the stock rad? Like this

Re: Radiator question (Ruckus138)
Some of those aftermarket fans are really high flowing I hear. They may be louder than the stock type fans though.
Haha, I got a fixit ticket for having an object "obstructing the windshield" one time. What a joke, that cop gave me tickets for a bunch of things- a licence plate light being too dim, some bullshit about modified emmissions system even though it was stock, my ticket was two pages long. All of it was bullshit. And he didn't check the fixit box, so I had to pay like 280 bucks because if they don't check that little fixit box, then you're screwed. It's totally up the officer on whether to check that box or not.

My friend runs a civic Fluidyne in his integra. He bought a slim fan mounted in the stock position. For the A/C he bought a pusher fan and put it in front of the A/C condensor radiator thing. It works. You need a pretty thin fan though for the A/C.
