I don't think that TB is from an Si...
My factory throttlebody had a MAP sensor on top of it. The only ones that I know of that use the external one are the 1st gen JDM B16's.

do you have usdm b16 or jdm I have the 2 gen b16 and my map sensor is still the same way. To get by just plug the line on to the m/s it works but i am getting a new tb.

the top line is just a vac port. you can plug it to your map if you want. for the bottom of the throttle body, just make a plate for it and seal it or bolt a fast idle valve under there and make sure to run the coolant line to the intake manifold or side of the head.

you know what, I think that is an OBD0 throttle body now that I look at it. Do you know anything about the car that motor came from? Looks like it has an obd2 wiring harness. . .
What car are you putting it in?
most obd1 and all obd2 (i believe) map sensors recieve vaccuum directly from the IM, whereas the older style are remote mounted and recieve vaccuum like shown here:

maybe if you measure the opening of the throttle body we can figure out what car it came from.

this engine is gonna replace my D14A4 that i dont know if its obd1 or obd2..the ecu is a "P3Y" so im gonna replace the whole harness.. to which obd that engine is.
the car is a 1997 EJ9.
p.s.
are obd0 and obd1 sensor connectors looks the same?

I'm positive that is an obd0 TB

You need to measure from the backside (butterfly side).
