checking p28 ecu
Is there a way to check to see if my p28 is damaged or not without trying another p28? I have a solid cel and have ruled out everything but the computer. Any help is greatly appreaciated...

by solid CEL you mean even with the service connector jumpered right? (just checking)</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yes the ECU is chipped and I tried removing J1 but the CEL is still constant. My car is a CRX with a d16z6 motor using a obd obd1 conversion harness which comes with a wire to jump with a ground source in which to check for codes. I tried jumping these wires to try and check for codes but the CEL remains constant.
