i just ordered my brand new omni power test pipe and i was wondering whether or not ill need an o2 sensor simulator. My car is a 2000 Civic SI. My friend had the simulator in his SI for his testpipe and it didnt really do much...now hes running without 1 and he just has a check engine code. Wanted to know whether that'll affect the performance of my car without 1.

The secondary O2 sensor only monitors the cat efficiency and does not affect performance. You can run without it, but you will throw a cel. The O2 sim just gets rid of the cel so it doesn't bother you.
