Default B16B CTR Hybrid pics

Here are some pics of my B16B CTR swap in my 92 CX hatch. The trans in the pic is a USDM ITR trans i bought new from Acura last year fwiw. Anyhow we have some bugs to work out but here are some pics for you guys to comment on. Let's here some good ones I hope. BTW the engine was converted to OBDI hence distributor having 2 plugs etc..... Just go into my album and look @ the 4 pics. Please not they are graphic intensive so allow a few secs for loading...

I hope to get all the bugs worked out soon. Can't wait to get her runnin' right. Anyhow flame away or whatever cause I got a B16B. I had an LS w/JRSC and wanted to be different again. You can get B18C(Spec R JDM) or B18C5's all day but these are hard to come by.....

The trans was bought new from acura when i put the jrsc on the ls. I did this because i wanted the tighter gear ratio's and the lsd. The trans has 5K miles on it. It is a CTR I bought from my ex employeer Import Auto Salvage. That is also where the strut tower brace came from. It actually came off a Civic Si, Guess someone bought it from acura or something. But it is a TRUE CTR no joke

I had the chance to get a B16B. But it was the same price of the B18C(R). I figured why spend the same money for less power just to be diff. But I can't lie I, debating being able to say yeah, "ITs a B16 that's all". Great pics.

I had the same opportunity to go with the B18C(R) for the same price. The reason other than to be different was that I plan on going turbo in the future. Larry said this engine was more boost friendly. Yeah the B16B is different than anything I have messed with to date. I won't know anything about my computer problem until next Tuesday. Guy is out of his office right now so Larry can't talk to him. Also the B16B sure is 184HP SAE corrected 115.36HP/ltr for this engine... Thanks for the comments guys keep them coming....

This is my first VTEC experience and my first JDM experience as well but could you please tell me what a Power FC is. I think it may be some sort of fuel controller (vtec controller) but I am not sure. My other setup was a LS w/JRSC so VTEC is new to me. Any info or links you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks.....
