Is that the only picture you have?

From this very unhelpful pic, it looks like you're missing a transmission, flywheel, thermostat housing, and flywheel bolts.

Edit: Nevermind, forgot to sign in. (Use photbucket or something, cuz not everyone has imagestation)

TPS is broken. Alternator tensioner bracket, driver's side mount, rear trans bracket, EVAP purge valve, MAP sensor, crank pulley, and exhaust b-pipe are also missing. Oh, and that kind of looks like an OBD1 fuel rail with OBD1 injectors, so are you sure that's a B16A2 and not a B16A3?

that is a good condition longblock from a salvage yard. at least int eh pics.
i also agree that it appears to be obd1 injectors.
the price is quite good as well if you ask me.
anyway a typical salvage yard will sell a longblock as the engine with no accessories, no throttle body, nodistributor, no crank pulley, no flywheel, and the harness and hoses will be cut.
their assumprtion is that you are putting the engine into the same model car that it originally came from. probably the only reason they left the throttle body on was a broken tps...

i think it is an OBD 0 B16A, look at the throttle body, there is no MAP sensor on it.

if it is an OBD 0 motor and a B16 it is worth about 500 bucks

There's a MAP hole in the top of the throttle body indicating OBDI.
