Default Hole in breather chamber

Well after going to the track, I noticed that my car would smoke everytime I would redline it So I checked and I noticed that there is now a hole in my breather chamber (black box behind the block) and oil would leak from it. My car is a JRSC with nitrous b16 in a 99 EM1.

I going to order a new breather chamber. My question is, what are the possible causes this? I'm hoping this doesnt happen frequently, it'll be hectic having to replace the breather chamber all the time What does that chamber do anyways, I read that it's just some emissions crap....

I run mobil one synthetic oil with the new smaller Honda filters, though this time around I used a Mobil One filter for an RSX.

Any ideas?

i would just take it off, and run a catch can. Do you have the pcv vavle unhooked from the intake manifold?
