need B18c header & valve cover torque specs
the bolts for the header are 23 ft-lbs
The valve cover bolts are 7.2 ft-lbs, be really careful on those, they snap easy. Also, when you put back on the vc, work from inside-out.

I haven't ever had any problems with the valve cover bolts snapping, but I see it all the time on here. I however had had problems with the bottom, far left(passenger side in this case) exhaust manifold bolt breaking off. I did it on my b18b, my d15by, a d16a1, a friends d15b7, and another friends b18c1. All of them broke the same stud.
the header and the valve cover, you dont need to torque them because just make sure they are cold when working on them and a hand tight is good enough. if there is a leak on the header then just tighten more because you dont want to snap them and ran into more headache...

Exactly. Using a torque wrench for the cover is overkill.
