Default Do I need a Torque Wrench for the Valve Cover?

Doin the Valve Cover and doughnut seals. I wanted to know if its gonna be possible to secure the valve cover bolts without a torque wrench?

snug them with a speed wrench, valve covers dont really need much torque

there is a torque spec for a reason! if you want it to last without leaking use a torque wrench. you might get lucky by hand, but it's a risk
