Default Brake problems making me go mad!!!

hey guys just wonderin if anyone has run into the same problem i have. About 2 months ago i replaced my front rotors and pads. i have a 1988 honda crx with 90 integra DA brake setup in the front so i bought some Power Slot rotors and Hawk HPS pads So i broke them in as perfectly as i could and for the first 2 months the car stoped on a dime it was awsome. Anyway the last week its been making the most anoying scratching noise when im drving when the cars rolling and when i apply the brakes. Its hard to describe the sound on the computer but it would make a sound like shhhhhhhhh.........shhhhhhhhh........shhhhhhhhh... ...shhhhhhhhh........shhhhhh
so more like a sraping noise, ive tried to sand down the rotors and pads which the sound went away for awhile then came back also its only on the front left side i checked for anything unusual aswell but everything looks fine, so if anyone has had the same problem or knows what it could be please let me know any information would help

it sounds like your dust sheilds are touching the rotor when they turn they make a awful sound like the one you have.

Try greasing the caliper pivots

And you should never sand the rotors, it creates an uneven surface and really doesn't accomplish much.

well after taking apart my caliper i noticed when i was spining the rotor something was rubbing up against it , well the whole time the retaining clip on the bottom on the caliper which the pads sit on was worn out so there was alot of freeplay when it would sit on the caliper so it would pushed itself against the rotor when i would drive anyway im glad its only like a 5 dollar part instead of buying new rotors and pads
