I just got my AC jack and..
yeah so i just got my AC jack today from fedex and the package looked like it went through the trenches during WWI!!!! the box was all ripped and falling aprt and bung where the jack lever is inserted was ripping out of the box and was all SCRATCHED UP!!!
the little plastic cover at the bottom is cracked and the damn handel is a little cracked. when you screw the nut in the handel splits open alittle!!!!!!
the jack is nice, its the cheapest and lowest i have found but damn they really need to pack this thing better!!!

Mine was supposed to be a Christmas present (awesome fiancee) but it wasn't delivered until Jan 15........oh and they devlivered it to the wrong house and left it h
there! Now I have to wait for the claim to go through and wait to get another one.
Can't wait to get it. Nice choice!
Yoshi, that's crazy! I once bought some high end curround sound speakers and when the UPS driver was delivering them, he dropped them on the steps in his truck, they wedged there so he kicked them out onto the street!!!!! Right in front of my kids! Needless to say I got all new ones, but still
You would think they would treat these packages a little better, especially since they make over 40k a year!

Yeah, mine was scratched up when I got it too, especially around the lift plate. My first thought was, "This thing has been used!"
BTW, I couldn't get the bolt on the handle through properly either.

better packing might help, but it doesn't help when UPS runs over the fugn box

We did not package the jack. I had all these dropshipped from our supplier. I apologize for the damage caused by the FedEx. I don't know how they packaged the jack. Just give me a call tommorow and we'll work sumthing out.

i am upset becasue the jack looks like ****. plane and simple. YOU (Krazedkustomz) are the VENDER and YOU are providing ME the CUSTOMER a product. i dont care what else you have to say about it, because that is the fact of the matter. im not dealing with AC directly i am dealing with you (krazedkustomz). if i have a problem with it i direct towards you (krazedkustomz) the company that sold the p[roduct to me.
By you telling me to take pictures of the jack and email it to you, i think is really bad business. i am the customer and i am telling you the jack looks like ****. and you telling me that the jack is not as bad as i claim it to be, is also really bad business i think. why dont you send me a digicam?? becasue i know i dont have one!!

John from krazedkustomz emailed me within minutes of this post and offered a solution. hopefully this will be worked out, but thanks to John for such a quick response.
