eheh sounds like a nice project but personnaly my father have a Bombardier REV 800 and its fast enought for the trails... I would maybe get the REV MACH Z 1000 if you really want to **** in your pants lol

is it for a drag application ? or just to get more power from an older sled ?

like every company now EFI is standard on all big sleds now.

As for the MACH Z i drove one was impressed with the power but im not gonna dump $16,000 on a sled .

My Mach 1 is paid for and has alot on new parts on it Weisco pistons and maybe the rods and a full port and polish. Its ******* fast makes 150hp but i wanna have a project.

I was under the impression that fuel injection was only for 4-strokes, and that most sleds were going 4-stroke due to emissions laws. Not saying I'm wrong, just not informed.

As for boosting it, I recall seeing a thread that somehow got into a super-micro turbo for a barstool or something - boosting a tiny 2-stroke. IIRC, it was just carb'd, no EFI. Not easy to do, but nor is homebrew EFI on a 2-stroke.

yeah its ******* expensive.

sounds like a nice project... contact tinker219 he is developping a kit for the Yamaha 4 stroke but he maybe know more about turbo sleds than me and you.

sounds like you will have a nice project.

My dads used to have a 200hp Mach Z for 1000ft ice accelration race... damn I was like 12 years old when he let me drive it... he said your lighter so jump on it !

Well looks like all the guys keep the carbs just put a pump and a rising rate reg and tune it.

670cc stock 6psi makes 196hp and 9 psi made like 226hp

I dunno the most i can get out of this motor like with pistons and a port and polish and some tunning and the new ROTARY valve i can get 150-160na.

Id love to hear 2 stroke with a open waste gate that be sick

I'm using Megasquirt on my turbo Banshee. That would be the best and easiest way to do it
