h&r sports springs. 1.7 in the front and 1.5 in the rear. gives it a more sleek look as opposed to the eibachs, be sure to get the mud flaps taken off and some shocks.

Its also really up to your preference. However low you like it...AS the saying goes different strokes for different folks. I would also recommend changing the shocks too. If you dont your ride will be boing boing everywhere.

Being in CA as you are, I would go low, at least 2.5, I believe that should give you some tire tuck. If you want your tires to wear correctly do the washer shim trick in the back and get some skunk2 type upper control arms for the front so camber doesn't kill you. As mentioned before, always replace you shocks when lowering, and do so with good shocks that are meant to be lowered with (research different brands on here). If you are slim on the funds I'd go with omnipower or skunk2 coilovers (dropzones if your broke, I can vouch they work alright), and a good shock, again, if your broke I haven't heard of the Dropzones blowing out so that is always a very cheap option, but I'm not going to say performance will be the best out of them. If you want just a slightly lowered car with less tire wear issues i'd go with the tein lowering springs, they are affordable and I don't know of many complaints about them. If you have the cash and want to lower it right, and want to have it perform pretty well, go with the approx. $750 tein coilovers, skunk2 also has some but I really havent heard much about them, they are similarly priced.

If your not quite sure what to get then just get some adjustable springs so you can set it at whatever you like. I personally prefer the sportlines but thats really on you. Get some shocks too so you can get your suspension done all at once and stay away from them "no name" generic ebay crap

since you're new to this, you should look around the integra forum for a while, (make sure to use the handy search feature in the upper right corner of your screen), then after seeing different people's setups with pics to get an idea of the look and feel you'd be interested in, make an informed decision based on your tastes.
you're gonna love your teg

if your area has a lot of dips you might not want to lower it that low.

Don't get H&R sports. They suck *****. They slammed my car ungodly low...I was tucking rim on 16s with these springs. I rubbed everywhere. But do research before you buy springs. And don't buy what people tell you to. But what best suits YOUR needs. Everybody on this site will try to tell you to buy what they wanna see....cuz they wanna see stupid jDm ****...Do your own thing.

It depends on what your price range is, as well as how high of a quality setup you want...
If you want something really nice, get Omnipower coilovers.
If you just want something alright, get what the people above stated.
