Default annoying fluctuating idle

i replaced the motor in my girls car the other day with a 92 cx motor since hers was a dx with a cracked block and she only needs it to get from work and home...

ive tried everything to get a constant idle besides replacing sensors... i just used the ones off my motor ( d16z6 )

i unplugged the iac valve and it didnt do anything i took all the vacume lines off and sealed them still didnt help.

i tried swapping ecus went from a p06 to p05... that didnt do ****...
then i went from the p05 to my jdm p30 and it stopped fluctuating.. the only bad thing is that it idled at 1100..

but she cant keep my ecu and its pissing me off... does anybody know what it could be.. any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
