Default need help identifying something

Ok... well i have a sound system in my car, and lately its been goin in and out. i know what its from. It is from one of the 2 cords goin into my sub is loose... those gold power thing's... i honestly dont know what to call it, ones positive and ones negative... i am just having a problem trying to figure out what to call it, and what im trying to do is to replace it...

Is it the actual terminal on the back of the sub itself, or is it the terminal on the box that's loose?
