On the 90 integra can the power steering be removed? or is it something that has to remain?

 

yea it can be removed, you can take the belt off, get the kit to reroute the lines back into the steering rack or you can (i think) get a civic dx manual steering rack.

 

Where can i get the Kit? and also can I just plug the lines at the rack?

not trying to be a dick, but try a search.... i remember reading a write up on how to turn your power steering into an assisted manual rack... basically you have to close the loop and drain about half the fluid out... you can also install a breather that lets the pressurized air out
