Default Is a 75 shot of NOS safe for a stock B16A engine ???

We have a 1990 Acura Integra with a B16A DOHC VTEC engine and a nitrous kit installed.

I hear the 60 shot is definitely safe for the engine, but we have the 75 shot jets and would like to know if it is safe ?

I also hear that the timing would have to be extremely retarded to get away with using the 75 shot and that would make the car very sluggish when not on NOS. Is this true ?? What can be done about that sluggishness ??

Thanks

that is incorrect? you will be fine w/the 75 shot.....althought i would not do a dry set up...and bump up your fuel pressure to 60-70 lbs and you will be fine.
