b20 in an ls, good horsepower and torque gains?

im getting my b20 in a day or so will in notice a good power gain from just the swap? from non vetch ls to non vetch b20.

it will be noticable but nothing insane........

you will notice a difference, but nothing too much, i would change the head and go b20 vtec
