I have a 92 hatch back, i did a automatic tranny to manual transmission, and i recently put a JDM b16a in my car. My car won't start i checked the distributor spark plug wires and fuel pump to see if any of these were the problem but everything checked out fine. it still doesn't start, it turns over and everything, im just wondering if it has to do with the automatic tranny to manual transmission swap that i did, any help will do

 

ahhh did u slide the automatic lever to park? did ur brother get the right ecu?

 

Check the ECU fuse. I spent a few hours soldering my ECU for uber, threw the ECU in the car to head to the girlfriend's, jumped in, turned the key. Wouldn't start. Desoldered the ECU, wouldn't start. Tried another ECU, wouldn't start. Changed the fuse, started right up.

Try the ECU fuse.
