Default Turbo F-Series Internal Questions

I have a 99 Accord w/ a modified FMAX kit. T3/T04B running about 9psi currently, Spearco FMIC, DSM 450's, Greddy Emanage w/ Ignition and Injector harness. I've decided to build the internals: I'm boring it 20 over (.00020 I think is the exact #) w/ CP Pistons, CR 8.5:1, Crower billet rods, and Hastings rings. I'm looking to run about 15-16 psi. A few questions:

- Can I leave the head stock?
- Will a Honda OEM headgasket be alright?
- I can't find a block guard and I'm not spending the money on sleeves. Will the stock cylinders crack or walk?
- Will a Clutchmaster's Stage 3 clutch hold that much hp and tq?
- Will the tranny and axles hold up?
- I have a 2.5" DP, Random Tech cat, and Greddy EVO - should I do a test pipe and fabricate a 3" exhaust?

from what i have heard that for what u are asking the head should be fine unless u really want to rev it, but then again more power can be made with upgraded cam and such, the hg can be bored out when u get the block done, cluthc should be fine unless u are racing ir reeeeally hard it will take a good amout of abuseaxles will be alright unless again u launch really hard or are doing serious power on slicks...sorry i can't remember what else you asked now!

1) Head on a f22/23 is a big limiting factor, but you'll still make power. I rev to 7k on mine (bring it haters)
2) OEM headgaskest is fine with .020 over (currently run it)
3) Wouldn't bother with block guard. Spend money on making sure deck and head are flat
4) Not sure what a clutchmaster stage 3 is rated at, but base your clutch on your torque goals. I run an Action 1ms (sprung 6 puck)
5) Depends on your driving style.
6) I'd run a 2.5" minimum (I run 2.5 charge/down/exhaust pipe)

You'll want bigger injectors too. I'd personally toss the Emanage and run something else. I like Crome.

You could also get away with buying some cheaper rods. I don't feel crowers are worth the money. Raceeng.com also makes shelf pistons made by wiseco.
