Pic Request: Integra Clusters in 92-95 Civics

How much grinding is required to make the bezel fit properly? Also, which areas require the most grinding?

Not much.

 

i just did a quick hack job. cause ive been trying to get the S2000 cluster in the civic but its kinda hard to do that workin 60-70 hours a week.

 

i wish there was some kind of conversion harness to make it plug and play. i'd definatly rock an itr cluster if i didnt have to wire it all

 

dont worry once i get off this outrageous hours at work i will be trying to develop a way to use the S2000 cluster with a harness of some sort.

 

Not a difficult install by any means. Took me about 2 hours to rewire and solder everything in.

**Edit** Yes this is the same car, yes it's my car. First pic is from like yesterday after I did my black dash conversion. Second pic is from when I first did the cluster, the thermometer is now mounted on my rear view mirror. Just noticed a difference in the pics, lol.

 

So you guys are shaving down the plastic cover on the cluster?

Made an entirely new one.

 

is there any kind of DIY for the teg cluster or can any of you expand a little on what you did? my cluster isnt working completely, and a teg cluster would be nice. the wiring isnt a problem, and not worried about that.

1) i take it all wire colors etc are the same and to match them up?

2)what and how much exactly are you having to trim off of the bezel?

3) are there any gaps between the cluster and bezel? or can you make it mate up with no gaps? i see in a few pics above that there is a gap in the upper corner. at least that is what it looks like.
