I have a set of GC's on my car and I was wondering if anyone has an extra tool that they would let go of for cheap or free if possible.
A tool...for...what?
I have GC's and I don't remember a tool that was included nor needed to adjust them.

the spanner wrench that is used to move the pearch. If not I guess I will just make a template and have someone cnc it for me
I guess that's what I don't understand - I don't need one to move my perch. Just loosen a bolt and turn the collar.

I understand that the allen locks it to the threaded collar, so I can move it by hand with that allen loose? I did not know that

yes you most definitely can. you might have to clean some filth out of the threads though

yea.. all you need is an allen wrench I suggest cleaning your threads before turning the perch then lubing them with something

Yeah with the GCs all you have to do is losen the allen screw then move the perch with your hand
if there is a lot of crap on there just spray it with the hose or a little WD40. When you are done just tighten the allen screw back up and call it a day.

Yup, once you loosen the allen wrench, you can spin those suckers by hand. Sometimes it takes a good twist at first to release all the grime from the threads.
