im tryin to install power locks, i got the relays and aftermarket actuators. i was tryin to take off the dx door panel......it was comming off except for one part, the window handle thing that moves the windows up and down. the fukin door panel wont come off unless i take that handle thing off. its in the way

yes you have to take the window crank off... if you lightly pry out on it a bit with a screwdriver you will see a brass clip... just turn the crank until you can see the 2 ends where it clips... once you see that just push on one of them with a screwdriver and it should pop out... then just pull the handle off

 

 

dont loose the clip it sux i know but thats how you do it like neutron91 said

 

get a window crank removal tool 3 bucks at any automotive store
