Default F22B Distributor (picture link)

I bought the wrong distributor for this motor. I know It's the JDM DOHC accord motor but i figured all the distributors were compatable. This is the one i'm looking at getting. Can anyone tell me if this works?

the ebay auction dizzy is for a SOHC. I'm pretty sure it won't fit a DOHC unless you mod it in some way.

Is that vtec or non? Are there any on ebay that someone can find that would fit my car? Many of them look similar but are different on ebay.

to my knowledge, sohc and dohc dizzys arent interchangable. an h series dizzy will work fine. just make sure its the correct obd generation.

if your car is 92-95 use a 92-95 h22/23 distributor. if you have a 96+ car and did not convert to obd1 use a 96+ h22 distributor.

SOHC distributors are made by Hitachi, DOHC are made by TEC...I tried a SOHC on my H22A and it would not work...

Same here I ended up using the internals from the SOHC with the DOHC base.

Gotts love Hybrids...
