Default quick dizzy question

i'm gettin my car towed to a shop, and yesterday while swapping distributors.. somehow my friends BROKE off into my head... ( i found the little teeth luckily)... therefore i had to let him borrow my distributor

Can i use a h23 distributor on my jdm h22a? (are they internal or external coil?)

EDIT: i just got it, and its an internal coil... my h22a1 has a external coil wiring.. and now i have to convert... how do i convert it?

I'm not following what you are asking. Did you find a JDM replacement distributor?

If you are have an H23 distributor, use that. Yes, the H22 and H23 distributors are the same.

Dude a jdm h22a has an internal coil....hense it being annoying when your dizzy goes. Secondly the change between internal and external is easy, just look for some directions anywhere on the web its pretty much just one wire. I used to have an internal on my jdm but changed it over with a distributor king dizzy, (only 150 bucks w some upgrades) and then got a msd blaster ss coil and tada! MUCH better spark.
