97 spec itr rear seats in a 98+ dc2?

Default 97 spec itr rear seats in a 98+ dc2?

ok im having alittle problem at the moment... i have a 98 integra and putting the jdm itr rear seats in. the problem is that the itr seats have the metal hooks where the 98+ just plugs into the big black reinforcement beam. howd you guys get it around it? amy suggestion? THANKS!

I'm in the same boat as you, my jdm itr seats are from the 96 spec itr and the car is a 98 so they don't clip in properly. You could do what someone in the first link did and just cut them and bolt the bottom back part in.

im trying to notch the impact beam to fit it in the slits. if you take the impact beam then the seat fits prefectly and will slide in the slits.
