Or do they need to be modified. It looks like the bottom prongs are off by a couple of inches.. and the upper back portions dont slide into the ports on the car??

 

should fit in the same as the US ones, i think.

 

cuz i can't seem to get mine to fit... it's missing the prong and hole on the sides of the 2 upper parts... and the bottom half's prongs are too far in??

 

The JDM seat you have is from a '96 spec R. I have the same, and just cut off the U clips. It is bolted in by the 1 bolt in the back and it sits OK. Be careful with people gettng in and out of the rear seat, so they don't catch the seat and bend that rear bracket. I kept my stock seat back.

I have the same setup. The seat fits, but not bolted 100% in there. Noone sits back there, so it's ok in my situation.
