i have the crfab manifold on my 99 civic.. and i wrapped the ac line with the thermal sleeve, and also put the ceramic paper stuff underneath that (supposedly good to 2300 degrees).. and it still burned a hole through the low side line.. i think the high side is alright..

can i somehow get a low side line custom made so it pulls further away from the manifold? or should i just wrap the manifold with header wrap?

I'd put a couple rounds of header wrap around the hoses where they touch the manifold. The stuff is amazing.
