now im sorry if this has already been covered, I searched but did not find any information telling me either yes or no.
So I was going back to the car after a good nights sleep at the hotel while on my trip, and I notice something that could have potential. The honda odyssey 5 lug.
I know that the Odyssey has the same bolt pattern as the ITR, but are any of the parts interchangable? I mean, is it possible to make a bracket to convert the Odyssey brake system to go on a civic or integra? I was just wanting to know if anyone knew the deminsions of them or could say for sure either yes or no.
I suppose there could be some potential for it, but most likely not.

I believe the front hub/rotor/caliper is the same as the older 3.5RL. I don't know if that helps at all, but I used to stare at my mom's odyssey hubs and wonder the same thing.
You can use the Odyssey RA9 brake setup as long as you use both the calipers and rotors. I don't know about the USDM models but the JDMs are 16" so you need 16" wheels. I am doing a similar setup except I am using Odyssey rotors NSX NA2 calipers and stock JDM wheels. They suppose to line up with very little modification

haha.
It does help to know what parts are related. like aren't the ITR's front calipers honda accord calipers. Im not sure about the rear tho, never had to deal with one of those before
So would the hub not work, or would it? and are the 3.5 RL brakes bigger than stock ITR's or are you saying that they are the same?

Assuming that the RL is the same as our Legend, the calipers are different but they will work. They are similar to the NSX calipers. I would do a search on Legend calipers, 'cause I know a few people here have done it.

Aren't the NSX two piston though? My mom's odyssey is single piston, but its a thick a$$ rotor.

well, even being single piston, wouldnt it still be quite an upgrade over the stock civic and teg brakes. I may be wrong, but I would just think that the Odyssey crap would cost alot less than legend and nsx parts. even the junk yards will tell u the ITR parts are priceless cause they rarely if at all get their hands on them.
i bet u could grab the stuff fairly cheap walking up to the junkyard with ur mom and asking for odyssey brakes - aww, what a good kid helpin out his mom, fixing her brakes.. (all the yards i have dealt with didnt have set prices, depended on what they thought of you)
ok, so assuming 16" rims, use the Odyssey rotors and calipers... what will it take to make the hub bolt up? are the brake lines run in the same spot? i dont have an oddysey or a civic anymore, so i cant compare.

I would go to the parts stor and ask for a rotor to the RA9 and get a good look at it...I know that the JDMs are interchangeable if you upgrade the calipers to Euro R or NSX NA2 calipers. NSX NA2 brakes are plug and play for Euro R's and Odyesseys. So its only safe to assume that the whole Oddysey brake setup can be transplanted onto the R. Lines will go on the same place. I had a picture up a while back of a Euro R with NSX NA2 calipers, Euro R rotors, and stock JDM ITR wheels. Its all simple deduction

yea. dont need it to bolt up to the ITR. now i have not tracked my car, but il take Jasons word for it that the ITR's brakes are good enough. I was just wandering if this can be a less costly upgrade for the civic and teg guys.
should be cheaper for 98+ ITR's since the already have 5lugs and the bolt paterns are the same. civic would be costly...need to replace axle and hub (I believe)
