im having a problem with my hatch..
the interior dash gauge lights are out and so are my parking lights
i checked all fuses under the dash i cant find the problem
any1 canhelp me? am i over lookin the prob? thanks guys

dimmer switch maybe

 

Tap the dimmer switch and see if that makes the lights come on...if it does replace it cause it will keep cutting off til they don't work at all. This happened on my wife's 93 EX coupe.

 

well since ive had the car sometimes the dash lights are dim.. but i tap it and it comes on bright.. But my main problem is the tail lights and corner lights are out (parking lights) so at night only my headlights are on untill i hit my brakes but when i let off no lights.. so im not really sure i thought it was just a fuse but its not

 

I had this happen after I installed a stereo. The dimmer (that automatically dims the unit) was grounding out and would do this periodically. Maybe check that out?

are you positive the fuse isnt blown?... there is one single fuse under the dash that will make all the lights go out except the headlights and brake lights... this sounds like the problem to me

 

Check the backup fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

 

ah.. the back up fuse.. im goin to check that.. i checked all possible fuses under the dash. they are all good.. so either the radio grounded or the back up possibly imma check in the morn.. thanks guys for the help!
