This MIGHT help:

You will need to keep the civic's injectors since the plugs on the ITR injectors won''t plug up, but they are supposed to have the same flow rates.
For an ECU buy a 1992-1995 P28 SOHC VTEC ECU and have Kenji in FLA rechip it. His e-mail addy is kenji211@tampabay.rr.com.
Once you run the P28 ECU you will also need to add a VTEC oil pressure switch to the JDM ITR motor because it does not have one and the P28 looks for one.
Any 1992-up VTEC oil pressure switch form any VTEc motor, SOHC or DOHC, will work.
As for the distributor my mind draws a blank right now.
I'm pretty sure the ITR will have a "one plug" type distributor while the USDM OBD1 Civic engine harness will have two plugs for the distributor.
If this is the case then I have a very simple solution.
Let's refer to the pics, shall we?
Here's what the OBD2 dizzy plug looks like:

The two wires that I have pointed to simply only need to be unpinned from the single plug there. then you simply repin them into the "extra" plug that your Civic engine harness will have - they are even the same color:

I have a few more pics showing better angles so you'll understand it better.
This method allows you to use the newer OBD2 distributor without having to buy an OBD1 distributor.
This is the method I used to keep the newer B16A2 dizzy in my 1992 si hatchback with the 1992 engine harness.
If I've missed something then my bad, but i'm pretty sure that I touched on the key points for wiring up a JDM motor and keeping it OBD1 by using a re-chipped P28 ECU.
BTW:
the P28 comes from any 1992-1995 Si hatch, 1992-1995 Ex 4-door, 1993-1995 Del Sol Si and Civic EX coupe.
Make sure you get a manual version!</TD></TR></TABLE>

well, i dont have a usdm itr harness so i had to stick with the vx harness. ive been working at it all day and finally figured it out. i had to use the vtec solenoid from my vx motor and bolt it on the itr motor since the vx one has the vtec pressure switch and the itr one does not. the rest of the plugs went right on. i had to extend the 02 sensor wires, and run a knock sensor wire from d3 on the ecu. i think thats pretty much it, the car runs great now with no cel on. FINALLY
