From the Helms:
1. Remove tension pins by pushing the retainer springs and turning them.
2. Lower the brake shoe assembly and remove the lower return spring.
3. Remove brake shoe assembly.
4. Disconnect parking brake cable from the parking brake lever.
5. Remove upper return spring, self-adjuster lever and self-adjuster spring. Separate brake shoes.
6. Remove wave washer, parking brake lever and pivot pin from brake shoe by removing u-clip.
Assembly:
1. Place grease to the sliding surface of pivot pin. Insert into brake shoe.
2. Install parking brake lever and wave washer on the pivot pin and secure with the u-clip.
3. Connect parking brake cable to the parking brake lever.
4. Apply grease on all sliding surface.
5. Clean threaded clevises with grease. Adjust with the adjuster bolt.
6. Hook adjuster spring to adjuster lever first, then to the brake shoe.
7. Install clevises and upper return spring.
8. Install lower return spring.
9. Install tension pins and retaining springs.
10. Install brake drum.
Of course, this doesn't help without pics, but you get the idea.
IMO, go and get yourself a Chilton's Manual at least from your local auto store.

Make sure your e-brake is off, remove the drums, adjust the shoes down with the mechanism in the top center of the assembly, remove old shoes, replace with new shoes, replace drum, pump e-brake, drive away.
That said, unless you have like 200,000 miles, changing your shoes probably won't make a dick's worth of difference.

That's what manuals are for.
