B16 question....

B16 question....
I have a JDM B16 in my 92 civic cx EG everytime when i get on it between 7000 and 8000 rpm it smokes like crazy, why would it do that, I believe my car is runnin lean because my spark plugs are white on the tips...??
I am also running it open header, I need to get my pipping done .

what oil u using
honda motor tends to burn some oil in vtec or smoke some but my doesnt
also its not safe to run open header
after u turn off your car your valve may cooldown too fast and warp them
