Default **WHAT PLUGS FOR B16??**

sup guys and gals?
i have a b16 in my crx and i am running normal NGK's, my friend said that i need to get NGK R platinums pr iridiums since i have vtec now?? is this true? i want to upgrade anyways what are better the platinums or the iridiums?

I've tried the bcp7es, bkr6-7, zfr7f projected gap and it seems to me that the zfr7f projected gap plug felt the best if anything. A guy at dynamic told me that as long as you aren't running to high compresison pistons etc.. these are good, and the JDM type R uses this as a stock plug so...?
