Apexi Power Intake owners, how to clean filter?
I clean mine with soap and water. There is filter cleaners that they sell for auto filters. It made degrade the material though. Soap and water is your best bet, then let it dry in the sun.

Yeah I got the K&N filtercharger cleaning kit lying around, but was hesitant to use it knowing the Apexi filter isn't an oiled filter. Thanks.

Youre not supposed to have to clean the filter. I dont really know how that works
But yeah I would just leave it if I were you.

I don't understand how it works either. Eventually dirt will get clogged in the filter element so I don't see how it's one that does not need cleaning.

I know that normal filters are saposto have oil in them. The dirt gets stuck to the oil and when its dirty you wash out the oil and soak it with new oil. Thats how my motorcycle filter works
