i'm about to put in my jdm b16 swap and my 91 civic si is obd1 with p28 ecu that i was useing on my single vtec swap. now my red line with the single vtec swap was about 7200-7500 will it be the same or will it go to 8200

 

Wow, just wow. Your redline will be the same as it was on your sohc. Get that ecu chipped, the fuel maps are not designed for a dohc motor.

 

what if i get a gsr ecu would that be bettter

 

It would be better, but the p72 ecu (GSR) will run the car too rich. Just get a obd-1 b16 ecu.

 

get the p28 ecu chipped, done and done.

 

what is the obd1 b16 ecu # i know the obd0 ecu# is pr3 what is the obd1 ecu #

 

how is the fuel maps on the p28 for the b16 swap because thats what i'm using now
