Default B16 Ecu

Hey,
I am swapping a B16a2 motor into my 92-95 Honda civic and I wanted to know what ecu would be the best for the motor in my OBD-1 civic?

obd-1 p30 ecu. OR a chipped P28 with a b16 basemap.
