does anyone know how to take the glass off of the headlight for a 88 civic hatch i wanna take the glass off and paint the cilver bowls in the headlight black with chrome trim but i cant get then dam glass cover off any help?????

 

do you mean the reflective part on the inside or just the trim (that doesn't reflect light)?

i would NOT suggest painting the reflective part.

 

you can try toss'm in the oven at low temp..

or use a heat gun just be very very careful..

may want to get a test head light to practice with..

just paint black around it on the outside except for an area in the center paint the batman logo that would be pimp

well i got the cover and painted all of it black and tried it on my car all it does is light up lol it dosent go very far so now im gettin new light (i only did one light to test it out) for my driver side and im gunna paint around the reflected part ill post up pictures when im done (off of the car and on the car and at night).....
