Default Quicker POWER steering rack?

Just got a '92 Si hatch and I'm not liking the steering speed so much. My other car is a '99 miata. Not real sure of it's ratio, but in comparison, I feel like I'm cranking the wheel an awful lot in the civic. Anyone know the steering ratio or turns to lock in the Si?

Are there any power racks that will fit and be quicker than the one already in there? Before you mention it, I've seen the 3.25 TTL rack on the Quaife website, but it's manual only, and I doubt it's much quicker than the power rack. I'd like to keep the power steering, since this is my daily driver and I'm lazy and weak.

Other solutions I thought of:

Smaller steering wheel. Dosen't really help the ratio, but makes for less arm flailing. Unfortuantely, I want to keep the airbag, so this isn't really doable unless anyone knows of any aftermarket airbag wheels.

Ratio multiplier dohicky. http://www.speedwaymotors.com/...rect=
Kind of a band-aid, but the 1.5x one may be just about right. Anyone have any experience with these things? I wonder how hard it would be to fit.

You can use DC Integra steering racks.

3.0 turns lock to lock. I forgot the ratio. PM Rodney, he'll know.
