Default best front brakes for 91 hatchback

have been looking around at rotors and pads for my civic, and i want to go w/some slotted rotors, trying to stay away from drilled (concerned w/weakness and cracking). I have seen power slot, and they are a good price, but i came across project MU rotors, and pads, not for a bad price, and in trying to keep with the "JDM" theme, wondering if this was a better choice. the Street pads arent too aggressive, and wont squeak, so my question is, go w/the power slot, or mu?

thanks

any full face rotor (no drilling or slotting) will due for street usage, track, drag, and autocross. as for pads, dont bother spending tons of money on 'jdm' brake pads. hawk hps, hp+, cobalt friction gt-sports, carbotech bobcat will work just fine for you.

When I bought my 88 Si it was all basically stock except for the b16a.
First brake setup i tried was EBC slotted and dimpled rotors with thier Red Stuff brake pads...and I dont know if its because thier ment for the track or what but after 2 months (with no harsh use) the rotors got nice and warped.
I even put the EBC rotors on my cylendrical grinder and ground them straight and they still warped.

After puttin that setup in the garbage and looking on here for some info I went with Brembo slotted rotors and Hawk HP pads and I have nothing but good things to say.

EBC=
Brembo+Hawk=
