Default Ls turbo teg makes 373whp on pump gas

Finally got my car to the dyno. I've had nothing but bad luck with this car but it's finally tuned! I had a dyno appointment last week but my tuner stood me up and I made a new appointment at Tim Switzer's shop. All I have to say is Tim Switzer is the ****** man! He made sure everything on my car was perfect before leaving. He installed a boost controller, dyno tuned, street tuned for driveability, and did some welding for me. Absolutely outstanding work! For those of you who have seen my previous thread I blew up the first built motor in 550 miles due to not knowing how to set up the ignition timing in the aem and melted the pistons. Got the new motor back together in 3 weeks and got it to the dyno. Well........all I have to say is thanks to all the people that helped me, you know who you are!!!!
Also, made one pass at the track, I know I suck. I really need seat time. Obviously I would have made more passes if my ****** $500 gator stage 2 axles wouldn't have broken.

Pump gas 18psi

Timeslip, I suck, but look at the trap.

Broken gator axle, I need another one Stan!

Tim Switzer tuning my car!

Here's a vid of the dyno pull. Go down to the bottom of the page, right click, save as. Enjoy!

I'm really stoked the power that the car made. I was completely heatsoaked. We drove the car there 1 hour, idled it 20 mins and never shut it off. He said if it was cooler and leaned it out a bit and added a little bit of timing it could have made 400whp easily. It's running about 11.3-11.5 afr and 12 degrees of timing at 18psi, very conservative

yeah, gotta get those 60fts down, a 2.0 and you could be in the 12's pretty easily and pretty deep with that kinda hp. What do you launch at and what tires are you running, cause my buddy has a mild ls-t build pushing 9.5lbs and he ran a 13.7 @ norwalk, he was running 14in. steelies on bfg's @20psi and launched at around 5500

His run:
60ft. = 2.053
1/8et. = 8.837
1/8mph = 83.73
1/4et. = 13.722
1/4mph = 99.99

Yeah It pulls hard as **** on the freeway. I've been driving it tonight and it ripped 3rd gear. I love the powerband it's sick. My redline on the car is 7800. I was runnin 2 piece weld wheels with 22x15x8 slicks at 12psi. I'm pretty sure I caught dry pavement when I did the burnout and that's how I broke the axle. It's definitely faster than I thought it would be and much more than I need for the street. Thanks for the compliments, def makes it all worth it!

We fixed the broken gator axle and got a stocker back in and made my way back to the track. I can't hook up with the 22 inch slicks but the car mph's like crazy. Not only that it was 93degrees and 60%humidity. All in all we had fun! Well..here's the slip and a couple of vids.........enjoy!
O yeah, I'm car number 56

Here's a small vid

obviously you did hook up with those slicks if you broke a stage 3 axle dude.
Nice that you got into the 12's though.
I know it feels good.
Im still curious about the timing. If the timing was really 12degrees under boost you have a ton more power to make.

you sure the times are correct?

1.6 60ft for 22inch slicks on 370whp. And only cracking a 12.80 with that? You say your driving suck , but if you hit a 1.6 60' and then shitted up all your shifts you are backwards as hell. lol

exactly...the run I went 12.8 I couldn't get the car into 2nd gear........it revs so fast in 1st gear I can't get it into 2nd fast enough and it bogs 2nd gear down to like 4k and l lost MAD time........just need some more seat time.
