I just finished a track day and during my last session the tranny became really hard to shift. Mainly 2 through 5th. I have to force it but it doesnt grind. Sometimes it shifts smoovely.

After searching i believe that the pressure plate and or clutch is not working/dragging. Anyone else have this problem?

ANy input would be greatly appreciated.

 

change transmission fluid.

 

I did so the day before the event. New, Honda MTF.
