Full Drag or Neukin Manifold...Can I Keep A/C?

Full Drag or Neukin Manifold...Can I Keep A/C?
My question is if i bolted up a Neukin or Full Drag Turbo Manifold along with the t/3 t/4 turbo and tial wastegate would this interfere with my A/C unit? it looks that way but i wasn't sure also whats better garret t3/t4 turbo or garret t25(used in edelbrock turbo kit) my goals are about 400 whp eventually, i heard t25 spools faster but not sure. thanks in advance!
