Default RE: Tiens or H&R springs?

I am trying to decide what to buy for springs, my buddy told me to get H&R but I also heard that Tiens are good. Can anyone give me some advise from personall experience? Thank you for your help.

Can't go wrong with either. The real issue is what are you using the car for? I think the H&R sports are great for the street. Coupled with some good adjustable struts they are great for the money for a street setup.

I say H&R race, because I personally think Tein S-techs suck.

I have the H&R springs on my car right now.

I have them with Koni Yellows and they feel soft (even more so since I put in a bseries).

I like them I guess but I'm about to take them off and try some Progress made for B series springs.

I have the H&R race springs on 1 crx and the tein s-techs on another. IMO the race springs are stiff as crap even with tokico illuminas along with 2 other sets of blown shocks, but I guess they are supposed to be stiff hence the name race springs. The Tein's are WAY softer but at only 1.5" drop. Depending on the drop you want I would say choose the H&R sports over the race springs for daily driving. Either way you cannot go wrong with either 2.

I've got H&R sports on stock shocks. They're really comfortable. Dont feel too much different from stock, just a lil stiffer and better for turning, and offer a nice drop to get rid of that 4x4 stance. I'm very satisfied.
