About to order GC's, a few questions, please.
I am going to install them on my stock shocks for now, until I get my Koni's. Questions below:
Do I need to mention that I am using them on my stock suspension first, then the Koni's? I know there is different hardware for the Koni's when you use GC's.
Should I just wait and install them both together?
If I am not going more than 2" lower than stock, do I need tophats? If so, what would be the benefeits?
Lastly, What would be some good springrates to go for? I drive a 2000 Civic DX hatch that see's weekend AutoX action, as well as daily spirted driving on twisty backroads.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

The koni specifc sleeves won't work on the stock shocks, and the stock syle sleeves won't work on a koni shock. I'm not sure, but last I heard GC wasn't making the adapters.
Personally, I would just get the Koni specific sleeves and wait till you get koni shocks

So get the GC specific Koni's and Koni specific GC's at the same time and just ditch the stockies. Good deal. Any info on the tophats?

You don't really need top hats if you arn't going lower than 2". If you get them, it may make a slight ride quality difference over stock top hats, but you'll only notice it when you hit bumps.
In lieu of the top hats, you could use the "brake line bracket mod" to extend front shock travel (thatst the only place you really need it anyways). This mod is featrued in my second post in the "Koni Shock Install" thread at the top of the suspension forum. It contains a quote from CRX Lee (the local Koni rep), and it's easy & free...
PS: definently get the Koni version of the GC sleeves, and wait to do the install. You don't want to have to buy two different sets of sleeves like I did.
